About the Owners

Tim and Sherri Engle own several single family homes, apartments, and duplexes in the Manhattan, KS area. They have managed their own properties for over 20 years and understand the needs and wants from a tenant's aspect. Sherri was born and raised in Manhattan and has been a part of the Manhattan business community for many years. Tim is originally from Abilene, KS and is a business graduate of Kansas State University. He began work in the insurance industry and opened an American Family Insurance Agency here in 1988. Tim, Sherri and their staff manage properties from the insurance agency office at 3320 Anderson Ave. allowing for consistent office hours Monday through Friday and by appointment on weekends. Tim and Sherri have raised three children in the Manhattan area and are committed to family values.
